Children and young people are most vulnerable in humanitarian crises. Those who lack adequate parental care face even greater risks of violence, abuse, exploitation and neglect during disasters.

During natural disasters, we quickly respond with the Emergency Response Programme which focuses and response and recovery.

In 2022 we implemented an Emergency response Programme supporting cyclone Ana victims in Ngabu and in 2023 we also implemented an Emergency Response Programme supporting cyclone Freddy victims in Ngabu and Blantyre.
